Chicken Club Pasta Salad

Chicken Club Pasta Salad
Cook's notes: A delicious combination of pasta, chicken, bacon, cheddar, avocado and homemade ranch dressing. What's not to like with these yummy ingredients :)  The calories can be reduced in the dressing by using low fat or lite products. Pair the salad with Homemade Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins. The muffin recipe will be posted Feb. 2, 2016 on Ever Ready.

I Too
by Langston Hughes
I, too, sing America.

I am the darker brother.
They send me to eat in the kitchen
When company comes,
But I laugh,
And eat well,
And grow strong.

Tomorrow,
I’ll be at the table
When company comes.
Nobody’ll dare
Say to me,
“Eat in the kitchen,”
Then.

Besides,
They’ll see how beautiful I am
And be ashamed—

I, too, am America.
