Part One
Pumpkin Pie Bites
- Mini Fillo Shells
- 1 can (16 oz.) of pure pumpkin pie filling plus the ingredients listed on the can
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon
- Make shells up according to package directions bake for 5-7 minutes on a baking sheet and cool
- Make the pumpkin pie filling following the can's directions just as you would for baking a pie.
- Pour ingredients into a Pyrex dish (no pie crust used) and bake as you would for making a pie but cut back time by about 5-7 minutes.
- Cool pie ingredients and then scoop out and place a spoonful into each individual shell.
- Top each shell with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
