Recipe adapted from realhousemoms.com
Cook's Notes: I used a biscuit cutter 3-1/2 inches in diameter. I would not suggest going smaller as too difficult to get filling in and then folding over crust. A glass or jar mouth would work also for cutting dough circles.
If using a prepared refrigerated pie crust will need both crusts. The recipe makes 12 mini pies. Ingredients:- 2 cups Granny Smith apples peeled and chopped (roughly 2 apples)
- 2 tablespoons butter

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
