Souperbowl Sunday

Looking for an easy way to entertain? Plan a Potluck Souperbowl Party. A fun winter gathering to share a bowl of good cheer and conversation with friends. Get the party started by making a couple pots of soup (I made Creamy Chicken Wild Rice recipe below and Vegetable Tortellini) or maybe some of the guests want to share their favorite pot of soup. 
Set the table with soup bowls, the bread, and the other sides are forthcoming from the guests.

Self serve ice cream sundae bar (with a variety of add- ons)
I couldn't forget the cupcakes since close to Valentine's Day.  
I used my Café Latte Cake recipe for the cupcakes and icing (recipe previously posted).

    It was red chili and white chili with cornbread for us at the eldest daughter's house yesterday for the game and a belated birthday celebration. Perfect for a cold Minnesota winter day. I brought homemade mint bars as her birthday treat.
