The One Pan Craze has hit the online food bloggers. Several recipes a day pop up in my email box from food bloggers I follow. So what makes this cooking concept so popular?

One-pot meals are the saving grace for busy home cooks everywhere. Easy one dish meals are quick and simple enough for weeknight dinners and special enough for guests and less to clean up.
