Spinach Salad
serves 4-5
Salad Ingredients:
- 1 package (10 oz.) spinach
- 1 small red onion sliced in rings
- 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained or buy fresh from produce
- crumbled bacon bits
- sunflower seeds or glazed almonds or walnuts (packaged in produce section)
Dressing Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 TB. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Serving suggestion:
Add dressing just before serving

- In a blender on high speed mix well
