A healthy grilled meal that's no fuss with advance prep leaving you plenty of time to visit with your guests. Marinate the meat the night before. Use a bag of prepared chopped salad mixture for the slaw mixed with low calorie Tzatziki Ranch Greek Yogurt Dressing. Recipe inspiration from Magnolia Magazine Summer 2018. The ingredients are listed-you decide the quantity depending on number of servings needed. The marinade is enough for 1 lb. Flank Steak. The tacos were served with brown rice for a healthy side.

- 1 lb.Flank Steak
- 6 inch flour tortillas
- Green onions, diced
- Red and green peppers, diced
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Tzatziki Ranch Greek Yogurt Dressing
- 1 package of prepared chopped salad mixture
- Marinate steak overnight and grill with peppers and tomatoes about 7 minutes per side.
- Let steak rest on cutting board tented with foil 5 minutes. Slice steak across the grain.
- Grill flour tortillas about 1 minute per side.
- Mix chopped salad mixture with dressing just enough to coat the lettuce.
- Place steak and peppers on grilled flour tortilla. Top with slaw mixture and diced onions.
- 3 TB. olive oil
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. each ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder,
- Salt and pepper
- Stir together all the ingredients. Place meat in a shallow dish. Spoon mixture over meat and use your fingers to rub mixture all over meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
